Users input their full financial picture — properties, mortgages, income streams, investment accounts, and recurring expenses — and the app does the math across a 10-year projection, simulating five different strategies from aggressive investing to aggressive debt paydown.

The Challenge

Real estate investors and high earners planning retirement were stuck in spreadsheets — manually calculating mortgage amortization, rental cash flow, and investment growth across years, with no way to quickly compare "what if I pay down debt vs. invest the surplus?" The math is complex, variables change constantly, and no affordable tool existed for people juggling multiple properties and income streams.
